NeuroThrive Psychology is an online psychology service specialising in neurodiversity-affirming Autism and ADHD assessments for adults. We provide compassionate, evidence-based assessments tailored to each individual, ensuring a respectful and supportive process.
Our mission is to empower adults by offering thorough, person-centred assessments that celebrate neurodiversity and promote a deeper understanding of one’s unique neurocognitive profile. Hi, I'm Lee!
I am a neurodivergent clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals understand and embrace their unique minds and perspectives. As a neurodiversity affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and seen, just as they are. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to inclusivity.

I have been practising as a psychologist for over eight years. In that time, I've had the privilige of working with and supporting hundreds of clients to navigate various life challenges. My approach is to work collaboratively with you by listening to your story and helping you to move toward goals that are meaningful to you.​
I currently offer online sessions for adults (18+), which can be accessed from the comfort of your own home. If you would like to discuss how I can support you, please feel free to make contact. While I do not provide ongoing therapy, I am happy to assist with recommendations for ongoing support if required.

Instead of a full report, you will receive a concise two-page summary letter outlining the diagnostic outcome and some brief recommendations. Neurodiversity Support Groups

Our online support groups are designed for up to 8 neurodivergent individuals and typically run on a weekly basis for 4-6 weeks.

We provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can connect with other neurodivergent folk, with no pressure to communicate or participate in specific ways.
